Performing a Pest Analysis: 

During the home inspection process, the Home Inspector that is performing the inspection, should be looking for signs of WDI (wood-destroying insects) around your home. Identifying signs of wood-destroying insects is important  to catch to the wood components of the house. WDI can wreak havoc to the wood components of a house. A "Pest Analysis" is included in my reports for FREE as a courtesy if signs of wood-destroying insects are seen. I also will include in my reports the presence of vermin intrusion and document such findings. I look forward to being your Home Inspector.
